FIRE 2025

The participants are requested to arrange their own accommodation.

• We are providing hostel accommodation at IIT(BHU) Varanasi Campus to participants at a nominal rate of 350 INR per day excluding food.
• While making the transaction, please explicitly enter the note as FIRE-2025 Accommodation.
• Please fill out this form for the same.
• Allocations will be confirmed after 5th December, 2025.

Alternatively, participants may also find several hotels and guest houses in the vicinity of the campus, particularly around:

• Hyderabad Gate (mainly for budget accommodation, close to IIT(BHU) campus) – View nearby options on Google Maps.
• Lanka Gate (accommodation of wider range, outside main gate of BHU campus, closer to city) – View nearby options on Google Maps.
