The participants are requested to arrange their own accommodation.

We are providing hostel accommodation at IIT(BHU) Varanasi Campus to students at a nominal rate of 350 INR per day excluding food. Please fill out this form for the same. Allocations will be confirmed after 5th December, 2025.

Alternatively, participants may also find several hotels and guest houses in the vicinity of the campus, particularly around:

• Hyderabad Gate (mainly for budget accommodation, close to IIT(BHU) campus) – View nearby options on Google Maps.
• Lanka Gate (accommodation of wider range, outside main gate of BHU campus, closer to city) – View nearby options on Google Maps.
