• We are providing hostel accommodation at IIT(BHU) Varanasi Campus to participants at a nominal rate of 350 INR per day excluding food.
• The earliest check-in date is 16th December, 2025. While, the latest check-out date is 20th December, 2025.
• While making the transaction, please explicitly enter the note as FIRE-2025 Accommodation.
• Please ensure to make seperate transactions for accommodation and registration.
• Please note that all accommodation related transactions are non-refundable.
