FIRE 2025

The registration fee for different categories of participants is mentioned in the table below. The registration fee for main conference will cover registration kit, working luch, conference & workshop proceedings, full access to all sessions/invited talks including the pre-conference tutorial, and a banquet dinner. Registration does not cover accommodation, travel supoort and other expenses and the participants will have to make their own arrangements.

Note: GST will not be charged for IIT(BHU) faculty, students, staff members, and participants.

A person affiliated with a foreign university/industry has to register under the non-Indian category even if he/she is an Indian citizen. If you register as a student, it is mandatory to carry your student Identity card while attending FIRE 2025. For the participants registering under the ACM category (both students as well as academia), it is mandatory that your ACM membership should be active during the duration of FIRE 2025. Participants whose ACM membership is expired is not eligible for the lower registration rates.

The participant is required to pay the registration fees before filling up the registration form. Mention FIRE2025 in remarks section while making the payment. Once you make the payment, a unique Payment ID/Transaction ID will be generated which has to be mentioned in the registration form.

Upon verification of your Payment ID/Transaction ID mentioned in the registration form, you will receive a confirmation on your Email ID along with the payment receipt. Please allow upto five working days from the day of registration, and contact us if you do not receive a confirmation after that period. Fees once paid can not be refunded.
