Registration

The registration fee for different categories of participants is mentioned in the table below. The registration fee for main conference will cover registration kit, working lunch, conference & workshop proceedings, full access to all sessions/invited talks including a banquet dinner. Registration does not cover accommodation, food, travel and other expenses and the participants will have to make their own arrangements.

Note: The deadline for Early Registration is 5th December, 2025 (AoE). GST shall not be applicable to faculty members, students, staff members, or any other participants affiliated with IIT(BHU) Varanasi.

A person affiliated with a foreign university/industry has to register under the non-Indian category even if he/she is an Indian citizen. If you register as a student, it is mandatory to carry your student Identity card while attending FIRE 2025. For the participants registering under the ACM category (Student / Academia / Industry), it is mandatory that your ACM membership should be active during the duration of FIRE 2025. Participants whose ACM membership has expired are not eligible for the lower registration rates.

The participant is required to pay the registration fees before filling up the registration form. Mention FIRE2025 in remarks section while making the payment. Once you make the payment, a unique payment/transaction ID (specifically UTR/NEFT in India) will be generated which has to be mentioned in the registration form.

After filling up the registration form below, please send us an email to fire2025@itbhu.ac.in also with screenshot of transaction or bank-receipt to verify the transaction at our end. Upon verification of your transaction as mentioned in the registration form, you will receive a confirmation on your Email ID along with the payment receipt. Please allow upto two weeks from the day of registration, and contact us if you do not receive a confirmation after that period. Fees once paid can not be refunded. Step 2

Note: Please make sure that you pay correct registration fees. After payment, register yourself here!

While filling out the registration form, in the UTR No. field, please mention it in the format: UTR No. : Date of Payment. The date must be entered in dd-mm-yyyy format.

Example: 123456 : 16-09-2025

Step 3

Please send a mail of proof of payment (for e.g., screenshot of payment-record with details / bank-receipt) to fire2025@itbhu.ac.in.
