FIRE 2023 solicits proposals for both half and full-day tutorials covering topics relevant to the field of information retrieval (IR) and its applications. We welcome topics ranging from theoretical concepts of IR to its practical applications. We also welcome IR and ML systems related tutorials. Each tutorial should cover a single topic in depth. Tutorial proposals should include details according to guidelines below.
Submission Guidelines
Proposals should be at most 4 pages (excluding references) must follow ACM SIG's template available on https://authors.acm.org/proceedings/production-information/taps-production-workflow. The only accepted format of submissions is PDF. We strongly encourage the proposers to attend and present in-person. Submissions should include:
Submissions are not anonymous (reviewing will be single-blind) and should contain speaker details. Proposals which do not conform to the requirements are likely to be rejected without review.
